Our expert coach, who is currently teaching in America, can help guide you on your journey to becoming a teacher in the United States.
So, how does it work? First, you’ll need to book a 30-minute online video chat with our coach on our website. During this session, you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the process of teaching in America. Our coach will share their knowledge and experience with you, and together you can come up with a plan of action to get you started on your star-spangled banner journey.
After your online session, you’ll receive a follow-up plan from your coach that will help you stay on track and motivated. You can expect to pay a once-off fee of R660 for the initial service, which includes the 30-minute video chat and follow-up plan. If you need additional support, our coach charges R600 per hour for any subsequent sessions.
We believe that most clients will only need one session to get all the information they need, but we’re always available for further support via email. Plus, there’s an added benefit to booking our Teach In America service – we can also help you with your CV. By signing up for this service, you’ll receive expert guidance on how to tailor your CV for the teaching industry in the US.
Just some additional info for your reference, you need to have a passport that is valid for at least the next 4 years, as well as your full university transcript. Qualifications are key and yours need to be vetted and approved by an independent evaluator.
